In an effort to conform with the recent recommendations regarding COVID-19, City Hall will remain closed until further notice. Although our facilities have closed to the public in hopes to flatten the curve of COVID-19, City Employees are still here for you.

If you are unable to make your payment by phone or online with credit/debit or check, you still have the option to utilize our Drive-Thru window with cash/check/money order or our Drop Box with money order or check - both located at City Hall. If you experience a financial hardship due to COVID-19, please call our 24hr Customer Service Center to discuss payment arrangement options at 252-939-3282.
